Who Would You Rather Have in Your Squad: Kevin De Bruyne or Bruno Fernandes?
Really a nice question to answer!!! The Premier League is home to a plethora of talented footballers, and it's also the most prestigious league in the world of football. This season, these two midfielders were phenomenal in their own ways.
Bruno Fernandes: The Unsung Hero
Bruno Fernandes, a Portuguese midfielder, played a pivotal role for Manchester United in this season. Initially, Manchester United was struggling, often winning one match and losing the next, showcasing a high degree of inconsistency. However, everything changed when Bruno Fernandes joined the team. His arrival brought a much-needed boost to his teammates, and their performance improved significantly.
Bruno’s freekicks and assists were quite remarkable. One of his freekicks, in particular, was a sight to behold, as were his assists, which helped Manchester United recover and secure a third-place finish. This finish is nothing short of unbelievable, considering the team's struggles prior to his arrival.
Kevin De Bruyne: The Artisan of Midfield Play
On the other side of the table, Kevin De Bruyne was in his peak form this season, continuing his remarkable journey as a premier talent in the league. Kevin’s assists and goals are breathtaking. Some goals are truly sensational, and his assists are oftentimes so exquisite that they leave viewers in awe, exclaiming ‘Woah!!!’.
Kevin has a unique talent as a midfielder and is considered the future of the club. With 20 assists, his performances this season have been nothing short of outstanding, illustrating his phenomenal skill and contribution to the team.
Choosing Between These Two
Deciding between these two is a difficult task. Both are incredibly talented and equally influential. However, in crafting the ultimate squad, I would opt for Kevin De Bruyne. He possesses more experience both at the club level and in international football. Additionally, Kevin's assists are sui generis; they carry a level of creativity and complexity that sets him apart from other midfielders in this era.
Additionally, Bruno is outstanding, especially in terms of chance creation. Nevertheless, he has a long way to go to match the level of creativity and technical prowess displayed by Kevin De Bruyne. For me, choosing Kevin is a matter of recognizing the current pinnacle of creativity and influence from midfield.
Thank you for reading, and I hope you enjoyed the discussion on these two incredible midfielders!
