Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for another 10 minutes. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup, parsley flakes, thyme, basil, and curry powder. Stir in the peas. Pour the sauce over the eggs in the baking dish. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly.
