On February 7, the ICC made an historic announcement: Bhuvneshwar Kumar from India took the top spot in the Test bowling rankings for the first time. This achievement signifies Bhuvneshwar Kumar's impressive performance and cements his place in cricket history as the first bowler to be ranked No. 1 in all three formats of the game.

Additionally, Anderson holds the record for the most Test wickets taken, which is a testament to his enduring skill and experience. However, Kapil Dev’s 434 Test wickets remain unbroken even after 25-26 years, reflecting the legacy of these legendary fast bowlers.

Current World Class Bowlers

Based on my assessment, Jasprit Bumrah emerges as the best bowler of the world in the current scenario. In the ICC rankings, Bumrah has made significant strides:

20-20: Jasprit Bumrah is ranked No. 1 with a career rating of 724. ODI: Hassan Ali from Pakistan holds the top spot with a rating of 759, and his career-best rating of 756 against Sri Lanka. Test: James Anderson from England is ranked No. 1 with a rating of 891, and his career-best rating of 896 against West Indies.
